11. How will you decide what to charge?
12. Will a management company advertise for you?
13. Can you advertise for free? In not, what will it cost?
14. What about emergencies? Who will be "on call" and how will you handle the emergency calls?
15. What are the extra costs involved with a management company? Any hidden fees?
16. How will you know what to pay my housekeeper if you decide to use the rent by owner system?
You can save on management fees by managing your own property and you can be very successful if you take the necessary steps.
