Location: Our condo is an easy walk to the ski rental shop and the Chili Express high-speed quad chair lift (more skiing, less riding), which can also be ridden in the summer for the beautiful views. Our condo was just purchased/renovated/updated during 2009, and we have worked hard to make it a home away from home for us and for you. You will enjoy FREE wireless internet access from your room (don’t forget to ask for the password). This condo will sleep 4 adults (2 on the sofa/chaise combo), or 2 adults and 2-3 children (utilizing a cot with mattress).
Rental Description:The living area has a big flat panel TV (with cable and remote), a ceiling fan for a comforting breeze, lots of storage space for equipment (behind the mirror divider, which serves as a handy closet to keep your gear from being under foot), comfortable ottomans with storage space and handy flip trays, and a love seat with a chaise lounge that fit together as a sleeper with flip-down backs (sleeps 2 people closely or separately, on the chaise), a comfy corner chair for reading or relaxing, and a cozy electric fireplace/heater (which can be controlled to eliminate heat but enjoy the flame during the summer). A cot with mattress is located in the bedroom closet for a third child/guest. Our 3 children sleep in the living room using these accommodations with sheets and blankets which are stored in the bedroom closets. The bedroom has a queen bed, a flat panel TV (with cable and remote), another stove/heater (which can also be adjusted to enjoy the flame without the heat), safe flicker candles (simply lift and switch them on, if you like soft candlelight), a ceiling fan for a comforting breeze, and nice sheets/comforter/shams which are all washed so that your retreat bedroom is as fresh and relaxing as your own home. The kitchen is outfitted with Corning dishes, cookware, coffee maker, and a dishwasher. There is bar seating for 2. The bathroom is outfitted with big thirsty towels and washcloths. The complex has a laundry room with a front-loading washing and 2 dryers. The complex also has a big fire pit with seating around it so you can enjoy a nice fire in the evening.
